Victor grew up in a Christian home in Egypt. His
father, a Pemtacostal pastor, was one of the forerunners responsible
for the Pentacostal movement in Egypt. After a childhood of being
persecuted by his peers for his beliefs, Victor decided to run away
from those he felt had hurt him...including God. So , at age 19,
he ran as far as an Assemlies of God Bible college in Lebanon...
the only place he could find food and a place to sleep. He planned
on staying long enough to get on his feet, and then, would be off
see what the world had to offer. Well... as you can see, as an answer
to his father's prayers, Victor graduated from this Bible College
and began his journey of a life of ministry.
It was during Bible College that Victor's passion
for media and reaching the lost was ignited. He started his first
Christian radio show in 1970, compelling him into radio production.

Muslim outreach
became a priority early in his life. Victor loved to minister on the
streets and took every opportunity to hand out Bibles, tracks, and
cassette tapes of the Gospel of John. Shortly after graduating from
Bible College, Victor began pastoring his first church in Beirut.
Five years later, the Lord turned the page in the book of Victor's
life, and his journey continued to England...
In England, Victor found accounting and other various jobs helped
support his ministry efforts. He took every opportunity that arose
to preach, and often traveled around Europe to record his music and
sermons at various studios. Muslim outreach remained a priority, and
he became the first to record the New Testament on cassette tape in
Arabic for public distribution.
Also,Victor opened a coffee shop which allowed him to use entertainment
as a means of ministry. He played his lute for the crwods, and he
and his team ministered as the Lord led. His partnership with God
was proving to be unstoppable |

In 1979, Victor
felt drawn to Dearborn, Michigan. Once again his passion and tireless
energy allowed him to make a powerful impact on the area. He pastored
two churches and started a BIble College for Arabic speaking Christians.
The school trained Christians on how to successfully reach out to
Muslims. Soon he was traveling to the Middle East and South East Asia
to fulfill teaching opportunities.
His media ministry blossomed as well. In addition to continued cassette
tape distribution, Victor started Christian Arabic radio and television
programs. Also, during this time, He and his team used puppets as
a successful means to reach the youth.
In 1984, Victor met and married his lovely wife,
Deborah. Two years later they gave birth to their son Jeffrey, and
in 1988 they moved to San Diego, California.
